Restoration
Restoration is not a destination. It is a slow, repeated return to gentleness, to breath, to the parts of you that survival required you to set down.

For the person whose body has only known braced, here we make room for what life can feel like when you finally exhale.
The roles, the over-explaining, the constant scanning, the quiet bracing for what could go wrong. Restoration begins with permission to set it down.
Not a new you. The one beneath the years of being needed. Restoration is the slow walk back to that self.
Growth does not have to look productive. It can look like rest, room, honesty, and the courage to stop abandoning yourself.
"You do not have to perform strength to be worthy of gentleness."
